Producer: Bodega Torrecastillo.
Variety: 100% Monastrell.
Vineyards: Vineyards typical of the variety Monastrell in direct land and rainfed.
Elaboration: The grapes are harvested by hand at its ideal ripening time and vinified carefully to extract from them all the unique character of the variety.
Aging: Stay for 4 months in American oak barrels.
TASTING NOTES:
View: Intense ruby to purple colour.
Nose: Highlights the pure and clean flavours of ripe fruit coming from the Monastrell variety.
Taste: It is full bodied with a discreet and pleasant feeling spicy wood taste. The end is wide and supported by velvety tannins force that will softened with the pass of time.
Pairing: We recommended serving about 16ºC with rice, pasta, cheeses and meats.
