Producer: Bodega Torrecastillo.
Variety: Monastrell.
Vineyards: Vineyards typical of the variety Monastrell in direct land and rainfed, with more than 40 years of age.
Elaboration: It is made with a long maceration to extract the full potencial of polyphenol.
Aging: Aged for 12 months in American oak Bordeaux barrels.
TASTING NOTES:
View: Intense red colour.
Nose: Aromas of ripe fruit with mineral notes.
Taste: Tasty, complex and elegant surround with toasted hardwood and soft tannins and a long finish spicy.
Pairing: We recommend serving around 18ºC with rice, gazpacho, cheese and meats..
