Blanco WHITE WINE 2010
Type of wine: White Wine.
Harvest Region: Montealegre del Castillo (Albacete)
Origin certification: D.O. Jumilla.
Producer: Bodega Torrecastillo.
Variety: Sauvignon Blanc.
Vineyards: Vineyards of sauvignon blanc variety typically grown on trellis.
Elaboration: The grapes are haverested by hand at its ideal ripening moment and
after 12 hours of cold maceration the grapes are crushed and destemmed, running
its juice by its own gravity. Afterwards it is cooled for 15 hours at 5ºC in
order of settle and remove all floating solids. Once the must is clear, it's
sow with selected yeasts for a long fermentation between 14º and 16ºC to keep
all the fruit aromas of the grape.
TASTING NOTES:
View: Pale yellow limpid, transparent, with a greenish reflection.
Nose: Very aromatic, with aromas of tropical fruit with floral notes.
Taste: It's tasty and well balanced acidity with a touch of freshness to its
elegant finish.
Pairing: Serve at 8ºC with all kinds of fish.

Vineyards: Vineyards typical of the variety Monastrell in direct land and
rainfed.
Elaboration: The grapes are harvested by hand at its ideal ripening time and
vinified carefully to extract from them all the unique character of the
variety.
Aging: Stay for 4 months in American oak barrels.
TASTING NOTES:
View: Intense ruby to purple colour.
Nose: Highlights the pure and clean flavours of ripe fruit coming from the
Monastrell variety.
Taste: It is full bodied with a discreet and pleasant feeling spicy wood taste.
The end is wide and supported by velvety tannins force that will softened with
the pass of time.
Pairing: We recommended serving about 16ºC with rice, pasta, cheeses and meats.

AGED RED WINE

Vineyards: Vineyards typical of the variety Monastrell in direct land and
rainfed, with more than 40 years of age.
Elaboration: It is made with a long maceration to extract the full potencial of
polyphenol.
Aging: Aged for 12 months in American oak Bordeaux
barrels.
TASTING NOTES:
View: Intense red colour.
Nose: Aromas of ripe fruit with mineral notes.
Taste: Tasty, complex and elegant surround with toasted hardwood and soft
tannins and a long finish spicy.
Pairing: We recommend serving around 18ºC with rice, gazpacho, cheese and
meats..
